Barbara A. Corson

Barbara A. Corson of Burlington Township, passed away at her daughter's residence on Friday at the age of 64. She was born on a farm in Burlington Township and she liked to ride her bike around town, have her grandchildren over and loved to read and work in the garden. She worked as a housekeeper at St. Mary's Episcopal Church in Burlington City and Page Funeral Home. She also volunteered at the soup kitchen at St. Mary's Guild House. She is survived by her loving daughter Shelly Collings, sisters Eleanor Martin and Shirley Klimkowski, brothers John Mark, Jimmy and Gordon Corson, a longtime companion Joseph Fitzgerald son in law Mark Collings and her three grandchildren Jordan Corson, Justin and Jacob Collings. She loved her siblings, daughter and grandchildren Very Much. She had her wish to go flying in a plane at Flying W, which she had done. She also leaved behind her cat Precious, which she loved dearly. She also leaved many cousins, nephews, nieces, plus lots of close friends who helped her in her time of need. Visitation will be held at St. Mary's Episcopal Church 145 W. Broad St., Burlington on Saturday December 21st from 9-10am. Eucharist Mass will begin at 10am with burial to follow in St. Mary's Churchyard.
