Robert Kenneth Warren, Sr.

Robert K. Warren, Sr., passed away on Monday, March 11, 2024 at the age of 91. Bob was born and raised in Florence where he liked to say that he grew up on the Delaware River. He played baseball most of his life, managed Florece’s first Little League team and continued to play in a Co-Ed league into his 40’s. Bob served his country Honorably in the U.S. Army, 3rd Division and played ball while in the service. He worked for Coca-Cola for 26 years before his retirement. In his spare time he enjoyed taking rides on his motorcycles, boating and using his talent as a craftsman to make great woodworking pieces of art. Bob and his late wife Patricia moved to Delaware for over 10 years, spent a few years in Virginia and came back to be with family.

Robert was predeceased by his parents: Arthur and Mary Warren (Nee: Duhadaway), his wife Patricia (Nee: Chase) Warren, his siblings: Arthur Warren, Dorothy Motlas, Alberta Lucarine and Donald Warren. He leaves to cherish his memory his children: Karen (Bob) Hartman, Terri (Alex) Lains, Dawn Warren, Robert Warren, Jr., James Warren; grandchildren: Dominic (Cassie), Bobby, Amy (Troy), Chase (Sarah), Alexandra (Jonathan), Connor, Kaleigh, Kiera, Kaleb, Kody; great-grandchildren: Gabe, Brielle, Olivia, Dominic, Bodhi, Quinn, Uriah, Eli, Ayden, River.

 A viewing will be held at Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union Street, Burlington on Monday, March 18, 2024 from 12-1:30pm with a service starting at 1:30pm. Mausoleum entombment will follow with Military Honors at Odd Fellows Cemetery Mausoluem.
