Carol Molineaux Obituary

Carol D. Molineaux (nee: Snyder) of Edgewater Park passed away peacefully at home on Friday, after a long battle with cancer at the age of 75. As a young woman, Carol worked at Strawbridge and Clothier in Philadelphia. Later, she enjoyed being a "Fashion Frocks" Consultant. Carol retired after working many years at Gamble's and later Sieman's Electronics, where she met many amazing people who would become her friends and "honorary grandchildren" for life. Carol loved the beach and spending time on Cedar Bonnet Island. She also had a passion for saving odds and ends which later she would use to create "unique" crafts. She also enjoyed hosting Thanksgiving Dinner every year for family and friends.. Carol was active in the Cramer Hill and Beverly Senior Citizens Groups. Most of all, Carol loved spending time with and bragging about her grandchildren. She is survived by her loving husband of nearly 57 years George and their children: Cheryl and husband Michael Rahilly; George, Jr. and wife Sherry; grandchildren: Eric, Lauren, Chelsey, Jennifer, Amber, Lindsey and her husband Sean Lucas; great-grandson Logan; a mother-in-law, Lottie; a brother Jim and his wife Doris Snyder; a daughter-in-law, Wendy; and several aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. The family invites friends and family to her viewing on Thursday at the Masonic Home of NJ Chapel, 902 Jacksonville Road at Oxmead Road in Burlington Township from 9:30-11am. A funeral service will follow at 11am with Chaplain Ron Anastase Officiating. Cremation services will be private.
