Charlene E (Nee: Dickerson) Brogan

Charlene E. Brogan (Nee: Dickerson) of Edgewater Park, passed away on Sunday with her loving family by her side at the age of 85, just a few days away from her 86th birthday. Charlene was a devoted mom, grandmother, and great grandmother. She loved to sew and quilt, was an avid reader, and enjoyed playing cards. She was a devoted member of the United Methodist Church of Beverly. She also was a proud member of the Edgewater Park Women's Club for almost 50 years. Charlene was predeceased by her husband Charles, her brother Douglas, and her grandchildren: Vincent Miller and Tim Lassiter. She is survived by her children: Joanne (Kenneth) Tice, Matt Brogan (Betsy Apple), Mark (Ann) Brogan, Kim (Lenny) Miller; grandchildren: Leander Tice, Caleb Apple, Tommy Lassiter, Michael Lassiter, Alexis Miller; great-grandchildren: Miya and Joshua Tice, Zane and Estlyn Lassister, Kristopher and Jordyn Hawkins, Leonardo and Julian Miller; siblings: Robert Dickerson, Paul (Shirley) Dickerson, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the Beverly United Methodist Church on Saturday, March, 9, 2019. Calling hours from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Service from 11:30 to 12:30.
