Edward B. McAnany of Burlington Twp. passed away Tuesday June 5, 2018 at the Masonic Village at Burlington at the age of 76. Ed was born in Philadelphia and was a resident of Burlington and Southampton, NJ before moving to the Masonic Village. He served in the army during the Vietnam War. He was an avid fan of Philadelphia sports, especially the Eagles. He enjoyed spending time at the beach in North Wildwood. Ed particularly enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. He was predeceased by his wife, Geraldine (nee Somaine) McAnany; his mother Mary McAnany and a sister. He is survived by his son; Edward J. McAnany, Jr., his daughter and son in law; Kathleen and Joseph Dehn, his grandchildren; Tatyanne DeJesus, Nydia Yancey, Allison Dehn and Lindsay Dehn as well as two brothers and a sister. Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing and funeral service. Viewing will be from 8-10am Friday June 8, 2018 at the Chapel of the Masonic Village, 902 Jacksonville Rd., Burlington. Funeral services will begin at 10am in the Chapel. Burial with military honors will be at 12:30pm at the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Rd., Wrightstown, NJ.
