Edward Wooters Obituary

Edward "Joseph" Wooters, passed away suddenly on August 29th at his residence at the age of 72. Joe was born and raised in Burlington. While growing up in Burlington, Joe was a member of St. Mary's Episcopal Church Choir and played baseball for the Rancocas Valley Baseball League. He was a graduate of Burlington City High School and Monmouth College University where he continued to play baseball. After graduation Joe had many jobs which took him to various states before settling in Beverly where he started his business American Financial. In his spare time he was an avid motorcycle rider, enjoyed exploring the open road and watching the Phillies. Preceded in death by his parents Elwood and Jayne Wooters, he is survived by his loving brother Phil and his wife Dolores; nieces: Cindy, Chrissy and Pam (Shawn); great nieces and nephews: Danielle, Haley and Logan. He is also survived by dearest friend Dee and her daughters Jordan and Taylor, close neighbors and friends, Hal and Cindy, his dedicated assistant Chris and his ever faithful companion Titan as well as many longtime friends. Joe's wishes were to have private services.
