Elizabeth "Betty" Milonas

Elizabeth Milonas (Nee: Mike) of Burlington Township, passed away at Care One of Moorestown on Wednesday at the age of 87. Elizabeth, lovingly known as Betty, was a devoted caregiver to her family and worked tirelessly during her lifetime. She worked in her parent's restaurant in Lambertville in her early years and later co-owned and operated Johnny's Luncheonette in Burlington, NJ with her Husband. Betty was also the Treasurer of the American Ellenes Society and a member of the Philoptochos Society of the St George Greek Orthodox Church. She is predeceased by her parents Christopher and Emma Mike, her husband John Spiro Milonas, her sister and brother-in-law Mary (Donald) Hamer, and her sister and brother-in-law Despina (James) Durborow. She is survived by her son and his partner, Stephen (Kristen), daughter and son-in-law Christina (Charles) McNamee, Nephew and his wife James (Lynne) Durborow and their daughter Ciera, Niece and her husband Lisa (Marcel) Chouteau and their son Henry. A visitation will be held at St. George's Greek Orthodox Church, 1200 Klockner Road, Hamilton, NJ on Tuesday, October 24th from 10-11am. A funeral service will begin at 11am with entombment to follow in Greenwood Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the St. George Greek Orthodox Church.
