Janet Ruth Novatkowksi (Nee: VanSciver), passed away at Graceland Nursing Home in Nazareth, PA at the age of 84. Janet was predeceased by her parents Walton VanSciver and Bessie Horne and her late husband Russell. Burial will be held privately at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington.
