Marcella Toner (nee: Downey) of Burlington, NJ was called to heaven on Wednesday, Nov. 20, 2019 at age 88. Born in Philadelphia and lived adult life in Edgewater Park/Burlington. Retired from Burlington County Times. Wife of the late Joseph M. Toner. Mother of Michelle Dallmann of Lumberton, Michael (Helene) Toner of Delanco, Maidena Toner of Burlington Twp., Robert Toner and Christine (Timothy) Callahan both of Belhaven NC and Mark Toner. Grandmother of Todd, Michael, Trisha, Matthew, Nicole, Roux, Timothy and Carolyn. Great Grandmother to Sophia, Gasper, Dustin and Elsie. Sister of Leo (deceased William, James, Joseph, Thomas and John) and aunt to several. In lieu of flowers the family is asking donations be made to​ ​Alzheimer's Foundation of America. Viewing will be held at Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St., Burlington, NJ on Monday, December 2nd at 8:30 - 9:30 A.M. following with a mass at St. Paul's Church (St. Katherine Drexel), 223 E. Union St., Burlington, NJ at 10:00 A.M. with Burial following at Brig. Gen. Wm. C.
