Raymond James Comegno of Burlington passed away at Cooper Medical Center on Tuesday at the age of 82. Ray served his country honorably in the US Army during the Vietnam Era. Ray was an NJ Exempt Fireman with the Niagara Hose Company of Burlington. He retired in 1987 from ACME in Willingboro as the Produce Manager. Ray then went onto own and operate Ray's Pool's until his time of passing. Ray and his wife Dolores enjoyed spending the winters at their home in Oakland Park, FL. Ray also enjoyed playing cards at the Oneida Boat Club, hanging out with family and friends shooting the breeze. He was predeceased by his brother Vincent and a sister Virginia Jackamonis. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Dolores Filanowski and their children: Richard (Susan) and Ronald; 2 grandchildren: Tyler, Brianna; 2 great-grandchildren: Tyinna, Anna Bella, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. A viewing will be held at Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union Street, Burlington on Monday, January 15, 2018 from 9-10:30am. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at All Saints RC Church, 502 High Street Burlington on Monday at 11am. Interment will be held at the family's convenience.
