Agnes (Krall) Smith

   On July 20, 2024, Agnes K. (Agie) Smith passed away peacefully at her home of 45 years, in Burlington, N.J., surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 6, 1938, in Youngstown Ohio. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. On their second attempts at marriage, she, and husband Steve, found the love that would grow and endure for the rest of their lives, and bring together the best of families.

     Agie was an artist, sculptor, and poet, but her mission in life became nurturing. She was Mom to three boys, helped care for her grandchildren, and worked as a teacher's aide at Dor-Lyn Preschool. always putting the needs of the children ahead of her own, asking often, till her last days, “ how are the kids?”

    Agie is survived by her husband of 43 years, Stephen Smith, her sons Robert and Mark, her daughter in law Sheri Perkins, her daughter in love, Stephenie Smith Vanbrunt ( Tom and Isabelle Toland ), her grandsons Robert Perkins (Maria), Alex Perkins, and Timothy Vanbrunt, her granddaughters Karly Vanbrunt (Kyle Maryland), and Reagan Vanbrunt, great grandsons Oliver Perkins and Benjamin Perkins, great granddaughter Ariella Pincin, nieces Mary Anne O'toole (Mike), Christine Cerni ( Tom), and Heidi Logan, nephews William Wonders and David Rupp, and sister in law Sandra Conley.

Agie was predeceased in death by her parents Agnes and Anthony Krall, sisters Mary Anne Seman, Anna Santelli, Katherine (Kitty) Krall, Carolyn Wonders (William), brother Anthony Krall Jr. , and son Geoffrey Perkins.

   We love you Mom mom, forever.

The family invites friends to her viewing and funeral services. A viewing will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 9:30-11am. A funeral service will begin at 11 with entombment to follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery Mausoleum.
