Alice M. Martisofski of Burlington City passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by family on Saturday August 2, 2025. She was 84 years old. A lifelong resident of Burlington, Alice was a graduate of Burlington City High School. She was employed at the Burlington County Times newspaper, retiring after 30 years of service. She was also the manager of the Antiques Emporium in Burlington for around 10 years. Alice enjoyed playing bingo and going to the casinos. She was an animal lover. She will always be remembered for her love of family and friends and how she loved hosting holiday parties and events. Alice was predeceased by her mother Helen Wooden and her brother James Commons. She is survived by her beloved husband of 48 years, Jack Martisofski, her siblings; Debra (Robert) Centifonti, Carl (Cathy) Wooden and Edward (Cheryl) Wooden, her children; Michael (Carol) Kemmerer, Steven (Kathy) Kemmerer and Christy Kemmerer. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Dan Jost, Steven Kemmerer and Jerit Kemmerer, six great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Donations may be made to the Salvation Army, ARC – Adult Rehabilitation Center. At this time, there are no services scheduled. Notice will be given of a memorial service at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Page Funeral Home, Burlington.
