Anthony W. Tomasetti

Anthony W. Tomasetti of Burlington passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday April 22, 2022. He was born May 17, 1937 in Mt. Holly to the late Antonio and Mary Tomasetti of Burlington.  He was a devoted family man that will be remembered as a wonderful loving father, uncle, brother, nephew and friend to many.  Tony enjoyed the simple pleasures in life like church, dancing, the shore, yard work and tinkering in his garage; he could fix just about anything.  His favorite thing to do however was just spending time with his family and friends. He had a good long life and meant so much to so many. Poppy will be dearly missed by all.  Husband of the late Jean (nee Kneipher) Tomasetti, he is survived by his four daughters and sons in law; Tina and James Fox, Cara and Brian Lowy, Sue and Raymond Schnabel and Laura and Eric Holl, his grandchildren; Rachel (Kile), Joseph, Tyler (Emily), Jeana (William), Nicole, Matthew, Wyatt, Patrick and Nicholas, his great grandchildren; Henry, Heidi and Sammy.  He is also survived by his dear companion Julia Dolce and his sister and brother in law; Rose and Edward Wojcik.  He was predeceased by his sisters Madeline McCormick and Mary Braem.  A visitation for Anthony will be held Friday April 29, 2022 from 10-11am in St. Paul R.C. Church, 223 E. Union St., Burlington.  A memorial mass will begin at 11am.  Burial will follow in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Jacksonville Rd., Burlington.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made to St. Katharine Drexel Parish, 223 E.
