Bertha Stipick

Bertha Stipick of Columbus, NJ passed away at Marcella Nursing Center in Burlington Township at the age of 84. Born in Burlington, NJ, Bertha graduated from Wilbur Watts HS, Class of 1946. She then began what would become a long career for the Bell Telephone Company working her way from operator to Manager before retiring in 1979. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and entertaining, and making fudge. She traveled the world extensively, taking in all she could when she went on those trips. Bertha will be remembered for doing the best she could for the members of her family during her lifetime. She is survived by her many nieces and nephews, their spouses, and children, her lifelong friend Helen Hrabrowksi and her loving neighbors, especially Sharon Peitrzak and Carol Lawrence. A viewing will be held on Saturday July 27, 2013 from 9-10am at the Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St., Burlington. A funeral service will begin at 10am with burial to follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington.
