Beverly A (Vernon) Vernon Moffit

It is with profound sadness that we announce that Beverly A. Vernon Moffit left this world on June 7, 2024 at the age of 69 at Virtua Hospital, Mt Holly. She was born in Burlington to Harold (Duke) and Norma Vernon on August 10,1954.

She attended Burlington City High School and graduated in 1972.  She is predeceased by her longtime partner of 30 years David Besinger.                                                                      

She is survived by son Daryl Moffit and Daughter-in-law Ann Marie (Lungo) Moffit and her Grandchildren Deanna, Josh and Lizzy. Her sisters Debbie Hofflinger and husband Bob and their children Kevin (deceased) Brian and Bobby.  Sister Cindy Sutton (deceased) and husband James and their son Jimmy.  Sister Darlene Vernon Hofflinger and her son Brian and special: “sister” and best friend Sandy Zoeller and husband David and their sons Michael Breece and Conrad Zoeller.  Along with many aunts, uncles and cousins.        

Bev enjoyed watching her shows on TV and going to casino's. She also enjoyed playing pool and mini golf and was a self-proclaimed comedian.

She will be missed by many. She will always and forever be remembered.         

Per Beverly’s request, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
