Charles "Chip" C Van Auken

Charles “Chip” Van Auken, passed away suddenly on September 3, 2023 at Cooper University Hospital surrounded by family. Chip was a longtime resident of Delanco. Chip lived for the Philadelphia Eagles and his fantasy football team, the Bald Eagles. He was  a longtime member of the Beverly “AC” Club. He loved to ride his Harley enjoying many excursions with his beloved wife Donna riding with him. Chip was predeceased by his brothers in law: Butch Horton, Nelson Leeds, Raymond Neamand, Gene Diemunsch and a sister in law Carol Neamand. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 37 years Donna (Neamand) Van Auken; two dogs Bell and Rufus, two cats Bat and Gibbs; a sister Lynda Diemunsch; his inlaws: Jeanie Horton, Sherry Leeds, Bonnie Neamand; Allan Neamand; nieces and nephews: BJ, Tracey, April, Christa, Kari, Tanis, Aaron, Melissa, Matthew, Jennifer, Kimberlee, Rebecca and Melissa. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2023 from 2-5pm at the Beverly “AC” Club, 725 Broad Street, Beverly, NJ 08010. Wear your Eagles gear!!!

 In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Burlington County Animal Alliance, 35 Academy Drive, Westampton, NJ 08060.
