Daniel F Buczek

Daniel F. Buczek of Edgewater Park, passed away at Cooper University Hospital in Camden on Monday at the age of 84. Daniel was the son to the late Joseph and Jennie Lenick Buczek and was born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. Dan was a longtime Burlington area resident who worked for and retired from PSE&G, after almost 40 years of service.

He was a founding member of the Beverly A.C. Club, and was a long time member of their bowling team. He enjoyed NASCAR and cheering for Philly sports teams. When he wasn’t doing those things, he could be found fishing, in the Bay, on a boat or from the sand in Barnegat and most recently down in the Outer Banks. Daniel leaves to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 62 years Selma Anne (Nee: Betts) Buczek and their children Kenai (John) Bain of Avon, NC and Michelle (Ken) Chambers of Harrisburg, PA and grandchildren Allison and Bradley Chambers.

Predeceased by brother Joseph; survived by brother Ted (Andrea) Buczek, sister-in-law Diane Buczek, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

The family invites friends to his Celebration of Life on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at Page Funeral Home from 10-11:30 A.M. A service will begin at 11:30. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105
