Frank S Wisnewski

Frank S. Wisnewski of Eastampton, formerly of Burlington Township, passed away Sunday August 20, 2023 at the age of 80.  He was surrounded by his loved ones.  Frank was born on October 26, 1942 to Steve & Sophie Wisnewski and was raised in Harrison, NJ.  He served his country honorably in both the US Army and US Army Reserves.

Frank and Fran moved to Burlington Township in the late 70’s to raise their three children.  Despite being in Philly country, Frank never lost his North Jersey roots or accent.  He was a true died hard fan of the NY Mets and Giants. 

Frank was predeceased by his parents Steve & Sophie, sister & brother in law Dorothy and Richard Butler.  Frank leaves behind his wife of 54 years Frances (Gorman), his children Kristine Wisnewski (Susan Danley), Patti Shaler (Mike), and Rob Wisnewski (Ginny) to cherish his memory. 

His proudest accomplishment in life was to be the best Dziadzia to his 5 beloved grandchildren Ryan, Rachel, Logan, Jackson, and Charlie.  Frank showed his love for animals through his grand pups Reilly, Stella, Knox, Louie, Jersey, and Willow.  

In addition, he is survived by his brother Steven Wisnewski (Maureen), sister in law’s Margaret Ellen Kayser and Ann Makowski (Joe), bother in law’s Tom Gorman (Peggy) and Pat Gorman (Marie) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends. 

The family invites friends to his viewing and funeral.  The viewing will be held at Page Funeral Home located at 302 E. Union Street, Burlington on Sunday August 27th from 3:00 to 5:00pm and Monday August 28th from 9:00 to 10:00am.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at All Saints RC Church, 502 High Street, Burlington at 10:30am with Entombment to follow in Lakeview Memorial Park Apostles Mausoleum. 

In lieu of flowers, donation may be made in his memory to either 4 Paws Dog Rescue of NJ, PO Box 492, Berlin, NJ 08009 or to St. Katharine Drexel Parish – All Saints RC Church, c/o 223, E. Union Street, Burlington, NJ 08016.
