Hector "Frenchie" LeClair

Hector (Frenchie) LeClair, age 94 of Burlington, NJ passed away peacefully on June 1, 2023. He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Imhoff, LeClair) of 54 years, sister Lucille (Tootsie) LeClair of Trois-Rivieres, Canada, brother-in-law Francis Imhoff of Burlington, NJ, brothers-in-law Jack Lukis (Betty) of Edgewater Park, NJ and Harry Lukis of Collingswood, NJ, their children, Robert LeClair of Miranda, CA, Holly LeClair Puskas (Elek) of Eastampton, NJ, Scott LeClair of Pennsauken, NJ, and Jeff LeClair (Karen) of Huntersville, NC, step children, Kim Larocco (John) of Burlington, NJ, Paul Lukis (Mary-Zita) of Dickson City, PA, Michael Lukis (Esperanza) of Burlington, NJ, Anthony Lukis III (Maryellen) of Riverside, NJ, and Lana Maldonado (Hector) of Burlington, NJ, 20 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Henri and Merena LeClair, and four siblings, Yvette Sousa, Aline Gagnon, Rita Ruest, and Jacqueline Paquette. A proud Army veteran of the Korean war, he was a dedicated husband and father who always wore a warm and welcoming smile. Frenchie worked as a lineman for PSE&G for over 39 years and enjoyed gardening and being surrounded by his family and friends. Family and friends are invited to a visitation at St Paul’s Church, 223 E Union St, Burlington NJ on Monday, June 12, beginning at 9:00 am. A mass will be held at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Samaritan Hospice Care, https://samaritannj.org/giving/, or St. Katharine Drexel Parish, Burlington, NJ. Interment will be private.
