Joan "Lisa" Smith

Joan L. “Lisa” Smith of Westampton, passed away February 10, 2023 at the Select Specialty Hospital in Willingboro at the age of 57. Lisa was the oldest of four and at the age of 12 was diagnosed with MS (multiple sclerosis). She went on to graduate from Camden High School and then moved to South Carolina. She returned to New Jersey after living in South Carolina for 10 years. She moved to Burlington and then Westampton, where she lived until the time of her passing. Lisa had a beautiful smile and a very giving heart. She enjoyed going to church, shopping and eating. Surviving Lisa are two brothers; Lonnie Jones of South Carolina and Lamont Jones of Camden, NJ, sister; Antionette Smith of Greenwood, SC, two sons; Leonard Smith of Paulsboro, NJ and James Smith of Columbia, SC, three aunts; Esther Williams of Sumpter, SC, Shirley Powell of Sumpter, SC and Bessie Jenkins of Bishopville, SC, one uncle; Murdock Thomas of Bishopville, SC and a host of cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at 1pm, Tuesday February 21st at the Church of Christ, 611 Sunset Road, Burlington Twp., NJ. Friends and relatives may call at the church Tuesday from 12 noon until services. Interment will be held privately. Arrangements are under the direction of the Page Funeral Home, Burlington.
