John F. Bujanowski of Edgewater Park passed away suddenly Sunday July 12, 2020 at his residence at the age of 52. Born in Philadelphia, John grew up in Riverside. He was a graduate of Riverside High School, where he was a three sport athlete. He played football, wrestled and played baseball. He was inducted into the Riverside High School Sports Hall of Fame for baseball. He attended Widener University where he played football for one year. He had a lifelong passion for baseball and continued his playing career in the RVL Baseball League. He played for over 34 years for the Vincentown Merchants, the last 15 of which with his son John. He was employed by the US Postal Service in the Camden Annex as a supervisor for 31 years. John also loved spending time at the shore. He will be remembered as a hardworking family man who was always doing some sort of home improvement project. He was a loving father and was very proud of his children and their accomplishments. John was predeceased by his mother Patricia (nee Kilroy) and his grandparents Dorothy and Bucko Kilroy and his grandmother Stella Bujanowski. He is survived by his wife Wendy (nee Herman), his son John, daughter Jillian, his father John and his sisters Debbie Bujanowski and Donna (Dave) Brookover. He is also survived by his in laws: Nancy and Brian Edgar and Bruce and Barbara Herman, his brothers and sisters in law; Todd and Thuy Herman, Jason and Lisa Edgar and Brian and Maryann Edgar as well as many nieces and nephews. A walkthrough viewing will be held from 6-8pm Friday, July 17th at the Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St., Burlington, NJ 08016. Interment will be held privately.
