Kathryn A. Tunney (nee Glackin) of Burlington City passed away Friday September 24, 2021 surrounded by her loved ones at her daughter Claudette Keller’s house. A lifelong resident of Burlington City, she loved going to the beach, spending time with her family, going to Boscov’s, taking trips to Costco and seeing her great grandson LJ. The last few weeks of her life were filled with compassion, love and some laughter. She spent her last moments surrounded by family members coming by often. Anyone who had the pleasure of knowing Kathryn and the beautiful 86 years of her life knows that she had a heart of gold, loved everyone that she ever met, always loved watching the Turner classic movies, loved spending time with her family and definitely loved her white chocolate. She was truly an angel on earth, and now she is an angel walking the golden streets of heaven. Kathryn was predeceased by her husband Joseph P. Tunney, and her daughter Suzanne M. McCanney. She is survived by her daughter Claudette M. Keller (nee Tunney); Claudette’s children Matthew J. Keller, Jr. and Caitlin C. Keller; her daughter Suzanne’s husband Lawrence J. McCanney, II and their children Lawrence J. McCanney, III (Noelle), Joseph S. McCanney (Joe Rovinsky) and Daniel F. McCanney; great grandson LJ; and all her cousins and friends.
