Lawrence Gyenge, Jr. of Maple Shade, passed away Monday January 17, 2022 at Virtua Memorial Hospital Mt. Holly at the age of 61. Born in Mt. Holly, Larry was a longtime resident of Florence. He was a graduate of Florence High School and had served in the US Marine Corps. He was a member of the Burlington County PACT Team for over 40 years. In his earlier years, he was an avid hunter and loved watching football. He also enjoyed taking walks and listening to music. Larry was predeceased by his parents, Lawrence and Shirley (nee Snyder) Gyenge, Sr. and his brother in law Carl “Smokey” Gibbs, III. He is survived by his sisters; Bonnie Gibbs, Lisa Filipponi (Christopher) and Tracey Gyenge (Bernard) and his niece Ashlynn Cline. Funeral services will be held privately. Arrangements are under the direction of the Page Funeral Home, Burlington.
