Leonard H. Rudnicky of Burlington Twp. passed away Saturday December 5, 2020 at the Masonic Village at Burlington at the age of 94. Leonard was born December 5, 1926 to the late Zigmund and Helena (nee Dumbrowski) Rudnicky in Kearny, NJ. He was a veteran of World War II, honorably serving in the US Navy. After his military service, Leonard returned home and worked as a meat cutter for A&P and then later Shop Rite in Netcong, NJ. In his younger years he was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a member of the Free and Accepted Masons in New Jersey. Husband of the late June E. Rudnicky, he was also predeceased by his siblings. Leonard is survived by his sons and daughter in law; Thomas A. and Donna E. Rudnicky, Steven H. Rudnicky and Daniel C. Rudnicky, his grandsons and their spouses; Kenneth S. and Kelly Rudnicky, Jacob D. and Dana Rudnicky and Joshua T. Rudnicky. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren. A Masonic Service will be held 11:30am Friday June 18, 2021 at the Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St., Burlington. Religious services will follow the Masonic services at the funeral home. Interment with military honors will be held 1:30pm Friday at the Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in North Hanover, NJ.
