Lois Mae (Blisard) Falijewski

Lois Mae Falijewski (nee Blisard) of Burlington Twp., passed away Friday August 26, 2023 at Complete Care Burlington Woods at the age of 97. Born in Burlington Twp., Lois was a resident of Springfield Twp., from the age of 15. In her younger years, she worked several jobs over the years from the war factory to a toy factory, the dress factory and lastly for GRM Corporation as an electronics supervisor until her retirement. Her greatest joy was her family. She always enjoyed spending time with family at birthdays, holidays and summer picnics and any time that the family could get together. Lois was predeceased by her parents, Norval and Elsie (nee Braddock) Blisard, her husband Stanley W. Falijewski, her daughter Stella Falijewski, and her granddaughters Carrie Sturtevant and Donna Szelc as well as her siblings Floyd Blisard, Fay Isle Haines and Clyde Blisard. She is survived by her daughters and son in law Lois and James Szelc and Patricia Beebe, her grandchildren and their spouses; James (Mardyne) Szelc, Jr., Lisa (Joel) Zanni, Stanley Szelc, Eve (Dr. Joseph) Plaud, as well as five great grandchildren and six great-great grandchildren. A viewing for Lois will be held Friday September 1st from 11am-12 noon at the Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St., Burlington. Funeral services will begin at noon. Burial will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rt. 130 Burlington. Memorial contributions made to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by her family.
