Mary Judy Agunsday (nee Rosati) passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 23, 2023 surrounded by her family. She was a longtime resident of Burlington Twp.
Born August 20, 1925, to Nicola and Maria Rosati, Mary was one of nine (9) children and she enjoyed growing up in Beverly, NJ, surrounded by her large, loving family and
many friends. Married to her beloved husband, the late James Agunsday for 58 years, they grew their family of three daughters in their home on Sycamore Drive.
A devoted and loving wife to Jim, mother to Mary Jean Kashmer (Bernard), Carol Ann Griffin (William) and Gail Perkins, grandmother to David (Laurissa), Natalie (Frank) and Rolando (Colleen), great grandmother to Julia,
Scarlett, Maverick, Uriah, and Landon; Mary is also survived by her brother Nick Rosati and many nephews, nieces, and friends. Her family was the most important part of her life.
Mary loved children and children loved her back as she was always available to care for her grandchildren or anyone else who needed help or care. An excellent homemaker, her homemade pasta and large family dinners
were a most favorite experience for all those who visited her home. Everyone was always welcome to stop by Mary’s house for laughter, conversation and a great cup of coffee. Later in her life, she enjoyed working with elderly
residents at a local nursing facility.
A longtime member of St. Paul’s (St. Katharine Drexel) Church, her belief in God’s goodness was essential in her life and her strong belief sustained her throughout her ninety-seven wonderful years.
The family wishes to express their sincere thanks to all those who assisted in Mary’s care and well-being throughout her life. Our special thanks to Complete Care at Marcella, Virtua Hospital (Willingboro), and to Angela and Gloria.
