Mary Elizabth (Yeagle) Jones

Mary Elizabeth Jones (nee Yeagle), passed away peacefully on January 1,2024, at the age of 95. Mary Elizabeth, the daughter of the late Randall and Anna Yeagle, was born in Bristol, PA. She moved to Willingboro, NJ where she lived most of her adult life until moving to the Chelsea at Tinton Falls. Predeceased by her husband William John Jones, as well as her three siblings Randall Yeagle (Edna), Leonard Yeagle, and Veronica Mullen (Charles), Mary Elizabeth leaves behind her children, Nell Phillipeck, NanMarie Guenther (Bruce) Amy Ann Powers (Lee) and William A Jones (Victoria), as well as her grandchildren, Caitlin, Regan and Logan.
Mary Elizabeth, a homemaker, was a devoted wife and mother. She was known for her wonderful sense of humor and quick wit, as well as her strong faith. She loved her dogs, reading good books, watching good movies and chocolate but mostly, she loved her family and treasured spending time with them. The family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Chelsea at Tinton Falls and Grace Hospice for their loving and compassionate care. A viewing will be held at Corpus Christi Church, 11 S. Sunset Road, Willingboro NJ on Saturday, January 6, 2024, from 9am to 10 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
