Mary "Betty" E (Giacomozzi) Hudson

Mary E. “Betty” Hudson (nee Giacomozzi), passed away at home on October 28, 2025 at the age of 84. Born in Beverly, she moved to Burlington after marrying the love of her life George Hudson, Sr.  After George’s passing in 2007, Betty moved to Riverside to live with her son, George, Jr and daughter in law Ruth Ellen Hudson (nee King) and her 3 grandchildren: Eric Baker, Joshua Hudson and Kenzee Hudson. Betty is also survived by her daughter Veronica Tomasetti (nee Hudson) and son-in-law James Tomasetti and their children: Maria Tomasetti and Gina Salas; her great-grandsons, who she loved and adored very much, Neto Shields, Levi Hudson and Rome Shields. Betty loved her childhood growing up in Beverly with her parents: Vincenzo Giacomozzi and Mary Giacomozzi (nee Ferri), her sister Barbara Fork (nee Giacomozzi) and her brother. Betty has many nieces and nephews including Brian, Brett and the late Bruce Gosizk.  Betty retired from various jobs in 2006, but she never stopped cooking for her family and friends. Family and family time were very important to her. Known as an excellent cook you could always find her in the kitchen making meals or desserts. Betty’s wishes were for a private service.
