Mildred A. Allen Obituary

Mildred A. Allen, (nee:Dickerson) of the Masonic Home of NJ in Burlington Township passed away on Monday at the age of 96. Mildred was a lifelong Burlington Twp resident who was a member, past Deaconess, and Sunday School teacher for the 1st Baptist Church of Burlington. She was a lifemember and Past President of the Ladies Auxillary of Independent Fire Company. She belonged to the Burlington Twp Senior Citizens, and she enjoyed needle point, knitting and crocheting and did volunteer work for Rancocas Hospital in Willingboro. Wife of the late William D., Jr, she is survived by her daughters and sons in law Audrey L. & Leslie Dillon of Florence, Madelyn M. & Harry Middleton of Burlington, grandchildren and their spouses Janice & Mark Yost, Thomas & Margie Dillon, Steven & Cathy Dillon, Holly & Scott Kielman, 13 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren and sister and brother in law Caroline "Peggy" & Jim Marshall of Burlington. Visitation will be held at the Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union St.@ St. Mary St. Burlington on Friday from 7-9pm and also Saturday from 10-11am. A funeral service will begin on Saturday at 11am with burial following in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Burlington. Donations may be made in her memory to the 1st Baptist Church Burlington, 335 Stacy St, Burlington, NJ 08016. Expressions of sympathy may be emailed to her family at www.pagefuneralhome@comcast.net.
