Randy Pankiewicz, of Dover, Delaware and formerly of Burlington Township, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026, at the age of 70. She was born in Newark, NJ, but lived majority of her life in Burlington Township before retiring to Dover, DE in 2024. Randy was a diehard Phillies fan, foodie, and avid “mindless entertainment” watcher. Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her family down the shore in Wildwood, NJ. As a volunteer of nearly 10 years for Canine Companions, in lieu of flowers, donations in her memory would be appreciated. Randy is proceeded in death by her husband and soulmate, Tom. Randy is survived by her daughters Ashley and Taylor Pankiewicz, and her beloved "sweetheart" River. A visitation will be held from 10-11:30am Friday July 10th at Page Funeral Home, 302 E Union Street Burlington, NJ. A graveside service will be held following at Oaklawn Cemetery in Dayton, NJ.
