Richard Pringle Obituary

Dr. Richard W. Pringle of Bordentown passed away on June 29, 2017 at Samaritan Inpatient Unit in Virtua Hospital in Mt. Holly at the age of 91. Richard was an US Army Veteran of World War II. He was injured in the war and was a disabled Veteran of World War II. He continued his studies at the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. He then began a successful career as an Ophthalmologist. Richard was an avid traveler and was a collector of Southwest furnishings. Husband of the late Elizabeth “Betty” Applegate, he is survived by his longtime friend Claire Oswald and her family and his beloved cat “Inky”. Services will be held on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 12:30 in the Chapel at the NJ Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown. Expressions of sympathy may be sent to his family from www.pagefuneralhome.com.
