Robert S Harding

Robert S. Harding, 78, of Burlington passed away December 11, 2020. He was born August  4th, 1942 in Perth Amboy, NJ. Robert was the son of Charles Harding and Mary Harding, née Campion.

Robert graduated from St. Mary’s High School in Perth Amboy, NJ, and was employed for many years by Transcontinental Gas Pipeline/Williams Company. Later, Robert was employed as an inspector with NJ Natural Gas.

Robert was predeceased by his parents, and son Christopher Harding.

Robert is survived by his loving wife of 58 years Patricia Harding, née Handville; his sister Mary  and her husband Russell Kowal of Woodbridge; and his three children and their spouses Lisa and Raymond Fronheiser of Raritan, Charlene and Richard Bergstrom of Raritan, and Robert and Dorothy Harding of Raritan.

Robert is survived by eight grandchildren and their spouses; Nicole and John Deitrick, Sean and Taylor Bergstrom, Matthew and Kim Fronheiser, Andrew and Noelle Fronheiser, Dr. Carly Bergstrom-Rosellini and Michael Rosellini, Ryan Bergstrom, Alexandra Harding, Liam Harding; and his two great-granddaughters Chloe and McKenna Deitrick, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Robert was passionate about his dogs and volunteering for The Airedale Rescue of Delaware Valley. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to airedalerescuedelval.org, your local animal shelter, or Feeding America.

A Graveside funeral service will be held on Friday, December 18, 2020 at 11:30am. in Laurel Hill Cemetery, Jacksonville Road, Burlington. The gravesite is located near the back to the cemetery, by the cemetery garage.
