Robert "Snag" Hunt

Robert “Snag” Hunt passed on October 2nd surrounded by loved ones, at the age of 93.

Robert was a force of a man who always continued to persevere. As a child, Robert spent years at a hospital in Atlantic City for treatment for Perthes disease. In adulthood, Robert became a bricklayer and continued to work into his later years as well as opened and ran a produce stand at his residence in Stevens Station. Robert loved to gamble, whether heading to Atlantic City or playing Texas Hold ‘Em with his buddies at Oneida Boat Club every Thursday. Robert was a wonderful storyteller and could sit and talk for hours if you’d let him. Robert loved automobiles, antiques, and attending auctions. Robert is preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Elizabeth Hunt; son, Mark Maski; and daughter, Tracy Antonelli. He is survived by his children Frank R. Franks (Dianne); Leonard J. Hunt; Ginger Letchford (Jed); and Marjorie Ann Venditti; grandchildren Christina Cox-Woolman (Doug); Amber Huryn (Sean); Frank R. Franks, Jr. (Amber-Rae); Darlene Flagg (Dan); Raven Wood (Kris); Jim Letchford (Madeline); Blake Letchford (Morgan); Ryan Letchford; Michael Venditti (Laura); Melanie Venditti; Andrew Venditti; Wilson Venditti (Christa); and Molly Venditti (Sam); and his great grandchildren Cloie Birmingham; Asher Woolman; Lewis Huryn; Addison-Rae Franks; MyKenzi R. Franks; Bentley R. Franks; Danny Flagg, Jr.; Lylah Wood; Blake Wood; James Letchford; Corinne Letchford; Michaela Letchford; Gabriella Letchford; Antonia Letchford; Blake Letchford; Harley Letchford; Hunter Venditti; and Emmalee Venditti. A visitation is scheduled for October 14, from 9:00 AM -11:00 AM with a service following at Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union Street, Burlington NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Oneida Boat Club at 3 York Street, Burlington, NJ 08016.
