Robert “Bob” Rencewicz, 76, passed away at his home early in the morning on Saturday, October 1st.
Bob lived in the Burlington area all his life. He played varsity basketball at Burlington City High School and graduated in 1964. Bob served a tour in Korea as a member of the US Army later in the decade before returning to New Jersey in 1972. He owned and operated Renzi’s Cigars among other local businesses over the years.
Bob was a great Dad, a marathoner and a lover of blizzards. In his final years, he spent large swaths of time in Florida, playing with his grand kids and running along the water.
Bob was predeceased by his parents John & Lucy Rencewicz and his brother Richard “Rocky” Rencewicz. He is survived by his sister, Linda Comerford, son Michael “Siri Deva” Rencewicz, and his family of employees at Renzi’s Cigars.
Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service celebrating Bob’s life at Page Funeral Home (302 E. Union St., Burlington, NJ 08016) on Wednesday, October 5 from 5 -7 PM.
