Obituary

Ronald P. Barron of Burlington Township passed away at the Masonic Village on Wednesday at the age of 73. Ron served his Country Honorably in the US Air Force from 1967-1971. Ron worked in Communications for the Joints Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon and he was very proud of that.  He then went onto work for and retired from Occidental Chemical Company after 30 years of service. A family man at heart, Ron served as a volunteer coach for many teams in the Burlington Township Recreation Department. He coached youth baseball, softball, street hockey teams and boys and girls soccer teams. Ron was an avid Philadelphia sports fan, but rooted for the Flyers or “those Damn Flyers” the most.  As his grandchildren started their activities Ron was happy to be at the ball games or concerts doing what he loved to do, spending time with his family. A loving husband of 46 years to Diane and devoted father, grandfather, brother, brother in law, coach and friend, he will be missed, but Not forgotten.

He leaves to cherish his memory Diane (Nee: Rapagna) and their children: Paul (Natalie)) Barron, Leah Barrineau (Bryan Moore); grandchildren: Kayla, Brianna, Emma; siblings: Dolores Haserick (The late Harvey), Debra (John) Kendall and 10 nieces and nephews. The family invites friends to his visitation on Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 4-6pm at Page Funeral Home, 302 E. Union Street, Burlington, NJ 08016. Donations may be made in his memory to either the Burlington County Animal Shelter, 35 Academy Drive, Westampton, NJ 08060 or to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Rd, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256
