Thomas Miller, Jr. Obituary

Thomas Francis Miller, Jr. “Hollywood” passed away on January 16, 2021. Tom was affectionately known as “Hollywood” and worked auto parts industry for many years. He was an avid baseball and softball player in his earlier years. He was a very good pool shooter, and some would say one of the best in New Jersey. He was a Philly sports guy, who watched all the area teams in good and bad, and a Notre Dame fan. Hollywood was a devoted member of both the Oneida Boat Club and the Roma Club of Burlington. He is survived by his sister Maria Dinon, good friend and caretaker Mike Costello and many other friends of the clubs. A Life Celebration for Hollywood will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021, starting at 3pm at the Oneida Boat Club, 3 York Street, Burlington. To celebrates Hollywood’s love for the Philly sports teams, Notre Dame and local teams, please wear a sports related shirt. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Thomas F. Miller, Jr Memorial Baseball Scholarship Award, C/O Burlington City Athletics Department, 100 Blue Devil Way, Burlington, NJ 08016.
