Vanessa Lynn (Ishler) Adams

Vanessa Lynn Adams (Nee: Ishler) of Palmyra, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer, on August 13, 2024, at the age of 65. Vanessa was born in Bellefonte, PA and was the owner of Eastern Lights Consulting. She was a devoted mother and loved to spend time with her family. Crafting and Christmas brought much joy to her life. Everyone will agree that she was the life of the party and was up for any shenanigans. Vanessa was always one to put others before herself and made sure they would leave with a smile. She considered her friends and clients to be more like family and always had a great story to tell. Some knew not to challenge Vanessa to a game of Princess Uno unless they had an entire weekend open.

Vanessa was predeceased by her parents: Gail Swain and Samuel Ishler III; and her siblings: Dawn Keeler and Nancy Randall. She is survived by her siblings: Clark Ishler, John William Ishler, Dale Ishler and Barbara Nyhof; her former husband Michael "Peck" Adams; her children: Bridgette (Tim), Michelle (Jon), Valerie, Zach (Nicole), Jeffery (April); and grandchildren: Olivia, Natalia, Joseph, Francesca, ZuZu, Kathy, Connor and Carson.

A Celebration of Life will be held for Vanessa on Sunday, August 25, 2024 at General Greene Pavilion, 85 Canal Run W., Washington Crossing, PA 18977 from 1-5pm. 

In her memory, Vanessa would love for all to enjoy a bowl of ice cream with your loved ones.
