Joan R. (Caruso) Reeves

Joan R. Reeves (nee Caruso) of Burlington passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at the Masonic Village at Burlington at the age of 89. She was a longtime Burlington resident who retired from the City of Burlington Public Schools. She was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Burlington. She enjoyed her summer vacations in Wildwood, NJ with her family. She was greatly loved by her grandchildren who called her “Nana” and they were her pride and joy who she affectionately called her “Angels”. She was predeceased by her husband Maurice J. Reeves. She is survived by her son Kevin (Catherine) and her daughter Joann (Brian) Keller; her grandchildren, Joshua (Leah) Keller and Melanie Reeves; her great grandchildren, Kai and Judah Keller and her sister Nettie (Thomas) Adams. Relatives and friends may call at The First Baptist Church, 335 Stacy St., Burlington on Wednesday February 1st from 6:30-9pm and on Thursday February 2nd, from 9-10am. Services will be held at the First Baptist Church at 10am Thursday with burial following in Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rt. 130 Burlington. The family requests memorial donations to be made to the First Baptist Church, 335 Stacy St., Burlington, NJ 08016 or to the Masonic Village at Burlington c/o Acacia Hospice, 902 Jacksonville Rd., Burlington, NJ 08016.
